Intensive roofs are designed specifically for use as recreational spaces and, as in the case of Lakeside Marina, involve similar features to traditional gardens.

In conjunction with Apex Asphalt, Icopal supplied a complete waterproofing / garden roof solution including hard landscaping, planting and turf.
