An award-winning green roof was installed at Portland Grove in London, SW8.

Portland Grove is a residential block of flats set within an affluent area of London.  With roofs that were rapidly depleting, the need to carry out repairs was obvious. 

The green roof at Portland Grove has secured a better future for residents providing them with a more positive and healthier lifestyle with a roofing system that has the ability to extend the life of the waterproofing, it’s potential to attract buyers and a forecasted reduction in maintenance costs.
