Comments

University Campus Suffolk's Waterfront Building is a project that has underlined the standard the University has set itself. Designed to be their flagship it represents modern construction whilst remaining sustainable sensitive, and has helped raise the profile of higher education within Ipswich to a national level.
Winner of FRA 2009 Awards, Best New Build Green Roof Project. A visually stunning green roof project which was well executed and befits its status as a landmark building. This project by Bauder and Accurate Roofing met the client's brief and provided a roof which was both innovative and sustainable with an excellent BREEAM rating, something for the University to shout from their first green rooftop.
