Carlton House is an old people's home situated in the relaxed setting of Royal Leamington Spa. It was one of the first green roofs to be laid by Bauder some 15 years ago. |

The brief for the project was to create a roof top garden for the occupants to enjoy all year round, whilst providing a 100% watertight solution that was practical to maintain and aesthetically pleasing. |
